Cash referral pilot terms

These terms govern RACK's private UK cash-referral pilot. The programme is operated by SABLE HOUSE LTD, registered in England and Wales (company number 17398195), referred to below as “RACK”, “we” or “us”.

Eligibility and activation

• You must be invited to the pilot, live in the United Kingdom and be at least 18 years old.
• You must confirm your eligibility and accept this exact terms version before activation. We may verify eligibility and place an account on review or hold.
• For a RACK member, the handle shown at activation becomes the permanent referral code. A later handle change does not rename or release that code.
• A person may not refer themselves. Subscriber eligibility, attribution, qualifying products and pilot admission are decided by RACK's backend records and controls.

Subscriber benefit

Subject to Apple's eligibility checks, offer availability and the purchase terms Apple displays, an eligible new subscriber receives one introductory month free. A monthly subscriber then receives 10% off the next 12 monthly subscription periods, after which Apple's standard monthly renewal price applies. An annual subscriber receives 10% off the first annual subscription period after the introductory month, after which Apple's standard annual renewal price applies.

Apple's eligibility decision, offer availability and displayed purchase terms are authoritative. Possessing, saving or sharing a referral code does not by itself promise that a discount is available.

How commission is earned

A payee earns 20% of the GBP Apple Partner Share allocated to a qualifying referred-subscriber transaction after Apple settlement and foreign-exchange reconciliation. The customer's price and estimated proceeds are not the commission basis.

The earning window begins with the referred subscriber's first qualifying paid Production purchase and ends exactly 12 months later. An introductory or free period does not start the window. A saved or shared RACK code does not by itself create attribution, qualify a transaction or promise an Apple discount.

Holds, corrections and balances

• Positive earnings are held for 45 days before they may become available.
• Apple returns, reversals and reporting corrections, disputes and negative carry may reduce or reverse earnings, including after an earlier balance was shown.
• Balances shown in RACK are current accounting buckets. They are not separate lifetime totals or a guarantee that funds are ready for transfer.
• Referral reporting is aggregate. Paying-subscriber counts below three are suppressed.

Payouts

When at least £20 is approved and available, a payout request freezes the whole available balance. Partial payee-selected amounts are not available. An unconverted request expires after 45 days and releases its claim; approved earnings added after the request remain available separately.

Payouts are manual GBP bank transfers from SABLE HOUSE LTD after independent review. A request may be cancelled only before conversion to a payout intent. Transfer and recovery remain subject to the programme's finance controls, holds and corrections.

Tax and records

You are responsible for your own tax obligations. RACK retains the finance, payment and tax evidence it is required to keep. Full bank details must not be submitted to or stored in RACK; the programme records only an approved masked destination. Pausing or ending participation

We may stop new referral exposure or suspend participation. Lawful liabilities already accrued remain subject to the programme's holds and corrections. Account deletion closes new member exposure but does not erase lawful finance, payment or tax records that must be retained.

Versioned acceptance contract

This URL and acceptance contract are immutable. A future programme version must use a new URL and a new acceptance record; it does not silently rewrite this version.
