Terms of service

Last updated 14 May 2026

These terms govern your use of the RACK app and this website. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them, so please read them carefully.

Who we are

RACK is operated by Skye Digital Ltd, registered in England and Wales (company number 17207998), with its registered office at Flat 68 Hudson House, Station Approach, Epsom, KT19 8DL. In these terms, "RACK", "we", "us" and "our" refer to that entity. "You" refers to the person using the service.

Acceptance and eligibility

By installing the app, creating an account, or otherwise using the service you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use RACK. If you are between 13 and the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms on your behalf.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. We may suspend or close accounts that are inactive for an extended period or that breach these terms.

Subscriptions and payments

Some features of RACK require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are sold and billed through the Apple App Store under Apple's standard terms. Pricing, renewal cadence, and currency are shown in the app at the point of purchase.

Refunds

Because subscriptions are processed by Apple, refund requests are handled by Apple under their refund policy. We do not have access to your payment details and cannot issue refunds directly. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.

If you are a UK or EU consumer, statutory cancellation rights may apply for a short period after purchase. Contact us at support@joinrack.app if you believe such rights apply to your purchase and we will help you action them through Apple.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Health and fitness disclaimer

Important

RACK provides training programmes, exercise instruction, and progress tracking for general informational purposes. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional medical, dietary, or physiotherapy guidance.

Resistance training carries inherent risk of injury. By using RACK you confirm that:

Intellectual property

The RACK app, this website, the RACK name and logo, and all programme content, exercise libraries, copy, and design are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trade mark, and other laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the service for personal, non-commercial training purposes.

Your content

Training data, notes, and other content you record in RACK remain yours. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, copy, transmit, and display that content as strictly necessary to operate the service for you. We may also use anonymised, aggregated data — from which you cannot be identified — to improve the product and surface population-level insights.

Service availability

We work hard to keep RACK available and reliable but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or always-available service. We may add, change, suspend, or remove features at any time and may perform maintenance that temporarily limits access. We will give reasonable advance notice of material changes where we can.

No warranty

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind — express, implied, or statutory — including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. This does not affect any statutory rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded.

Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

Subject to that, to the maximum extent permitted by law we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings; and our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service in any 12-month period will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid us in that period and £100.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against reasonable losses, damages, and costs arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the service, or your infringement of any third-party right.

Termination

You can stop using RACK at any time and request deletion of your account by emailing support@joinrack.app. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these terms or if we are required to do so by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including those covering intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and governing law — will continue to apply.

Apple App Store terms

If you access RACK through the Apple App Store you also agree to Apple's Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement. In the event of a conflict between these terms and Apple's EULA in respect of your App Store-acquired copy, Apple's EULA controls to the extent of the conflict. Apple is not responsible for the service or any support, claims, or warranty matters relating to it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you in the app or by email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law and disputes

These terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You and we agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that consumers may bring proceedings in the courts of their country of residence where required by local law.
